Cary-Based Marriage and Family Therapist Joins Insurance Network Aimed at Uninsured or Underinsured Patients 

CARY, NC (APRIL 7, 2021) — Kimberly M. Azevedo, M.A., LMFT of Azevedo Family Psychology is now in-network for Ambetter.

Ambetter is a health insurance provider offering several plans for the Health Insurance Marketplace targeted at lower-income, uninsured, underinsured, or other patients who lack access to traditional employer-based health insurance.

Ambetter offers three tiers of medical plans, with each tier offering different options for monthly premiums vs. out-of-pocket cost.

Mental health services are covered under all three plans.

As one of the only licensed therapists in the Triangle in-network with Ambetter, Kimberly’s new affiliation is a significant expansion of healthcare for residents in Cary, Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas.
