Kimberly Azevedo, M.A., LMFTA is a provisionally licensed marriage and family therapist. She holds a certification in expressive arts therapy and multicultural studies.
People are constantly impacted by those around them – our friends, families, and society. These relationships shape how everyone thinks about and sees the world. Kym uses the arts to help bring attention to the stories we are told by our community and how they integrate into our personal identities.
Kym believes that every individual owns their own story. She believes that everyone is in charge of each word that they put into the narrative they tell themselves and others. Kym uses the arts as a way to unlock the words and feelings people need to express. She challenges individuals, families, and couples to focus on the words they choose to describe their lives and their relationships.
